Suits: What was Mike arrested for?

With the return of the fifth season of Suits getting closer, expectations grow higher on the cliffhanger the show left us with. And despite what creator Aaron Korsh is letting on, the real question may still be "What was Mike arrested for?" rather than "Who tuned him in?".

Will Mike's arrest kill Suits?

The latest episode of Suits ended with Mike being arrested for "conspiracy to commit fraud". While it doesn't precisely specify what he was arrested for, it was presumed it was because of him practicing law while unlicensed.
